Next to each members name/ row within a Project, you’ll notice the three dot icon. Select this icon to open up the Member Menu and perform a variety of actions:

1. Member Profile: Selecting this option will open the profile tab in the Member Modal - which contains details of what that Member roles are - as well as other attributes available (such as education, organizational attributes, and TO (or time off) scheduled). 2. Work Schedule: Selecting this option will open the schedule tab in the Member Modal. This provides a Year view of the current year you’re reviewing - showcasing that members Holidays and Time Off already inputted. Select Done to close this window. Learn more about the Member Work Schedule here
Depending on your Access Level, you can enter time-off for team members here as well. Select the three dot menu next to a specific date and select the Add Time Off to open up a new blank TO work plan for that member.
3. Remove Member: Selecting this option allows you to remove the selected member from the current project. If said member has already entered time, the member will be archived - but taken off the list appearing in the Planner Space.
4. View Phase Hours: Selecting this will open a overview of the hours worked and planned for the specific member in different phases of the Project.

5. Send Work Plan: Selecting this options allows you to send a detailed work plan to the selected member. Learn more about sending Work Plans in this article.
