How Do I Share Work Plans?

Sending work plans is a great way to inform your members of the work plans they have scheduled for a given week. To send work plans:

  1. Go to the workload space

  2. Click on the send button under the members sandwich

  3. Select the desired week and members you want to send to send email to
    Note: Any members that do not have workplans scheduled for the selected week will not able to be selected

  4. Click confirm

  5. You have the option to select member(s) with workload access level or above to receive a copy of the email(s) by clicking on the blue "0 people" text

  6. Click send. The members will get a notification in Mosaic, as well as an email about their Work Plans.
