Similar to Phases and Subphases, Custom Milestones offer flexibility in tracking project progress. Instead of using standard Milestones, a Custom Milestone can be named specifically to align with the project's unique requirements. A Custom Milestone can be added to a Project or placed under a Phase or Subphase for better organization.
To add a Custom Milestone to a Project, click Add at the top, then select Add Milestone. To add a Custom Milestone to a Phase or Subphase, click the three-dot menu on the Phase or Subphase and select Add Schedule Item > Add Milestone.
Click Add Custom Milestone on the top of the menu.
Clicking the Manage Standard Milestones button will open Org Settings > Standards > Milestones in a new tab, where a standard Milestone can be created and made available across all Projects.
Only Admins have access to the organization settings page.
Enter the Milestone title, select a parent Phase or Subphase, and click Create.
The Milestone will show.
