Work Category Fee is the estimated spent amount for this Work Category. The visibility of the Fee, % of Fee, and Budget fields depends on the selected budgeting method:
Use Entered Budget: Displays Fee, % of Fee, and Budget fields for all contract types (Fixed & Hourly, Billable & Non-billable).
Total Spent + Planned Time / Total Member Time Budget: Displays only the Fee field for all contract types.
Use % of Phase Budget:
For Fixed - Billable contracts, both Fee and % of Fee fields are shown.
For other contract types, only the Fee field is displayed.
The fee amount will appear in gray text on the Budget Modal if it differs from the Budget amount.
