Project Info Modal

Click the info icon on the Project page to open Project Info Modal

The modal include Project Information such as:

• Project syncing status

• Project notification settings

• Project status

• Portfolio name

• Project name

• Project description

• Project number

• Project client

• Project billable status

Project syncing status

The linking icon tells you if this Project is linked to an integration or not. Hover on the icon to see tooltip.

Project notification settings

Edit Project notification setting here to receive only notifications on Project Updates, Tasks, and/or Notes.

You will receive notifications on Tasks you created or assigned to you by default.

Project Status

Project Status helps you track the progress of your projects with precision. Monitor key stages such as proposal advancement with detailed percentages, seamlessly manage active projects, identify those on hold, and celebrate successful completions.

• Proposal: The project is in the proposal phase, indicating that it is being planned or suggested, but not yet approved or active.

  

  You can set the probability for the proposal status to reflect the likelihood of the project moving forward.

• Hold: The project is currently paused or on hold, meaning no active work is being conducted until further notice.

• Active: The project is currently active, with ongoing work and tasks being carried out.

• Completed: The project has been finished, and all tasks and objectives have been completed.

Projects with Proposal statuses will have tentative work plans by default. Updating the status of a Project/Phase does not affect the existing Work Plans.

Archive/Unarchive Project

Click Archive button to archive this Project.

Delete Archived Project

For Projects that are already archived, you will see delete button on the Project Info Modal. Only Admins are allowed to delete Projects. Hover on the button to see a list of Admins.
