See how much time has been spent by Project, or Member, over any time period.
In the top righthand select:
The Project(s) you want view
Bill Rate or Cost Rate (only admins can access cost rate)
Time Period
Exclude projects with no budget
Save the view
In the top right-hand corner you can toggle between spent time by Currency or Hours
When selecting your projects you can filter your search down by clicking on the filter button.
You can also filter your projects selected down by people or project, and/or phase to easily find the specific projects you are looking for.
The red exclamation mark indicates that Spent Time exceeds the budget. Hovering over the total spent will show you the overspend.
Click on the caret to the left of the project name to see Spent Time by Phase, Subphase, Work Category and then Member.
If you would like to view this report by member rather than by project, click on the member tab
View and Modify Project Details
Click on the three dots of a Project to:
Go To Project: Open the Project in a new tab
View the Project Budget: Open Project Budget Space in a modal
Edit Project Info: Open Project Info Modal
Set the Project Color: Change color of the Project
Manage Members: Change Member Project permission, add and remove Member
Edit Phases: Edit Phases information and dates
Filtering of the members and projects is completed for ALL REPORTS, and making it easy to drill down on the data you need. In the coming months you will even be able to save multiple filter settings to access various filter settings instantly!
Member View
Click on "Members" if you would like to view this report by member rather than by project
Select the members you'd like to view on Member tab
Click All Members to group Members by Departments, Disciplines, Offices, Portfolios, Roles, Regions, Skills
You can filter your members list by clicking on the Filter button in the top left
Note: The Role filter considers only the member's Default Role, which are listed on Org settings > Members > All Members tab. For example, if a member has "Editor" as their default role and "Viewer" as a non-default role, the role filter will only show them if "Editor" is selected in the filter options.
Private Project
Work Planners with the following permissions:
Work Planner > Can Edit > Projects they are a Member of
Work Planner > Can Edit > Projects they are a Project Manager
can only view projects and Members in the hour view and only for the projects they have access to (either as a Member or as a Project Manager).
The same condition also applies to the following Budget Manager permissions, but in currency view only, not hours view:
Budget Manager > Can Edit > Projects they are a Member of
Budget Manager > Can Edit > Projects they are a Project Manager
Projects without access permissions will appear as "Private Project" and will not display a progress bar.
