What are Phases and Subphases?
Project Phases are distinct, sequential stages within a larger project, each containing specific tasks that contribute to the overall completion. These phases help in structuring and managing the project more efficiently.
Subphases are further subdivisions within these phases, breaking down tasks into even more detailed components. This hierarchical approach enhances control and management, leading to more efficient execution and successful project delivery.
In Mosaic, up to nine levels of subphases can be created within a root phase, allowing for a nested structure that can be as deep as ten levels. The list of phases within a project can be viewed in the Project Schedule Modal or Budget Modal.
