Select the project that you want to modify. Click +Role on the top.
To modify Open Roles for a Project, click the + icon next to a Role to add it, or click the X to remove an existing Role. Once selections are complete, click Add at the top to apply the changes.
Click Manage Standard Roles to navigate to Organization Settings > Standard > Roles, where Open Roles can be configured at the organization level.
