Organization Settings - Standard Roles

Set up the default Roles to assign to your members

Create a standard list of roles for your organization that can be assigned to members as their default role and Open Roles when creating projects.

Add Standard Roles

  1. Click +Role in the top left

  2. Enter the new role name, and click Add.

Modify Standard Roles

  1. Click on the role you want to modify

  2. You can edit the name of the role here or click archive on the modal to archive this role.

    Note:

    If the role name is changed, all members currently with this role will be updated.

    If the role is archived, you cannot assign this role to members or use this role in the role rate group. But the member currently assigned to this role won't be affected.

Unarchive Standard Role

Scroll down to see archived Roles

Click the Role you want to unarchive

Click unarchive on the modal
