The Rate Multiplier to use for this Work Category only shows when Independent Phase Rate is turned on. By default, the Work Category will have the same Rate Multiplier number as the Phase if the number is not set.
To change the multiplier on a Work Catgory, click the multiplier field.
Here you can see the Bill Rate source and the multiplier for Cost Rate and Bill Rate. Enter a new multiplier value on the pop-up, then click save on the top.
