This menu gives you easy access to all your member information. To access, select the three dots next to the members name.

Member Profile: Selecting this option will open the profile tab in the Member Modal - which contains details of what that Member roles are - as well as other attributes available (such as education, organizational attributes, and TO (or time off) scheduled). Select Done to close this window.

Work Schedule: Selecting this option will open the schedule tab in the Member Modal. This provides a Year view of the current year you’re reviewing - showcasing that members Holidays and Time Off already inputted. Select Done to close this window.

Depending on your Access Level, you can enter time-off for team members here as well. Select the three dot menu next to a specific date and select the Add Time Off to open up a new blank TO work plan for that member.

View Unassigned Work Plans: Selecting this option allows you to view work plans for Open Roles that match the selected Member’s Default Role. Select Close or the X icon to close this split screen view.

View Scheduled Tasks: Selecting this option allows you to see Tasks assigned and planned for the Member from their projects. You can also click Tasks on the top of the split view to see Tasks that are assigned to the selected Member but have no dates. Select Close to close the split screen view.

View Project Schedule: Selecting this option provides an overview of the Phases of Projects that Member is apart of, as well as important Project Milestones. Select Close to close the split screen view.

Send Work Plan: Selecting this options allows you to send a detailed work plan to the selected member. Learn more about sending Work Plans in this article.
