This offers a flexible rate-setting mechanism that allows you to apply different billing strategies to each Phase and Subphase of your project. You can use Member Rates on one Phase and Work Category Rates on the other. The default value utilizes the value specified in the organization setting.

When the setting is turned on, you can click on the Budget of a Phase or Subphase to set Phase Time Tracking and Phase Rate for each individual Phase.
If you have Rate Multiplier turned on, you can also set a different number for each Phase.
