In this video, I will provide a brief overview of the essential requirements for time entries to synchronize seamlessly. To ensure successful time entry synchronization between your integrated application and mosaic, It's a important to meet the following criteria:
1. the member must be linked
2. The project must be linked.
3. If your project has phases, ensure that all the phases are linked. In the case where there are no phases, ensure that the project has main project phase.

Finally, confirm that your mosaic work category is correctly linked to the QuickBooks service item, Ajera activity or Vision and Vantagepoint labor code. The same status of your time entry will serve as an indicator as to whether the time entry is currently linked between your integrated application and Mosaic. Thank you for watching.
