Importing Work Categories

In this video, I will show you how to import and link a work category from your integration and how to set a work category as do not link. Depending on your integrated application, you may be familiar with a different name for your work categories. For example, work categories are mapped to service items in QuickBooks, activities in Deltak Ajera, and labor codes in Deltak Vision and Deltak Vantage Point.

To import a work category from your integrated application, navigate to your company settings and click on the integrations tab on the left. Click on the service items, activities, or labor codes tab. To import a work category as new, select the item and click on import as new.

To link a work category from your integrated application with an existing work category on mosaic, select the item and click on link with existing. Select the existing work category and click on link one. If you wish to place the work category in the do not link bucket, click on the three-dot menu on the right of the work category and select do not link. Thank you for watching.
