In this video, I will show you how to import and link a project, how to set a project as don't link, as well as how to convert a project into a client. To import a project from your integrated application, navigate to your company's settings and click on the integrations tab on the left. Select your integration. Within the projects tab, you'll notice three different sections. Unlinked projects, linked projects, and projects in the don't link section.

To import a project as new, select the project that you wish to import and click on import and link. To link a project from your integrated application with an existing project on Mosaic, click on the link icon and choose the existing project on Mosaic that you wish to link with the project from the integrated application. Click on save. If you wish to place a project in the don't link section, select the project and click on don't link.

This will place the project in the don't link tab. To move a project out of the don't link section, select the project and click on move to unlink. If you wish to view archive projects, click on the hide archived button and select show archived. The archive projects can be found at the bottom of the page.

For QuickBooks and Jira integrations, you also have the option to convert a project to a client. If you wish to convert a project to a client data type in Mosaic, this can be easily done by selecting the project in the unlinked tab and change to client. The converted client can be viewed in the client's tab. Thanks for watching.
