In this video, I will show you how to import a member, link a member with existing account on Mosaic, and how to set a member as Do Not Link. To import a member from your integrated application, navigate to your company settings and click on the integrations tab on the left. Within the members tab, select the employee that you wish to import as new.

You can also modify the member's name and email before clicking import. To link with existing, select the employee and click on link with existing. Select the existing account on Mosaic that you wish to link with the employee from the integrated application and click on link one.

To set a member as do not link, select the member and click on do not link. Once a member is in do not link, you can imp- report as new or link with existing. Thank you for watching.
