In this video, I will show you how to import and link a client with existing, as well as how to convert a client into a project within Mosaic. To begin, navigate to your company settings and select the integrations tab on the left. Select your integration. Now click on the clients tab. Here you will notice three different sections. Customers or clients to import or link, clients linked to Mosaic, and clients in the Do Not Click bucket.

In order to import a new client, go to the customers to import or link section and select the client you wish to import. Click on import as new. In this step, you can also modify the client's name if needed. Click on import one. To link a client with existing on Mosaic, select the client and click on link with existing. Choose the existing client and click on link one. If you prefer to place a client in the do not link section, click on the client and select do not link.

This will move the client to the last section of the page. To move a client out of the do not link section, expand the section and click on the desired client. Here you can import it as new or link with existing. For QuickBooks and Jira integrations, you are also able to convert a client to a project. If you wish to change a client to a project, data type inside of Mosaic, this can be easily done by selecting the client in the customers to import or link section, and clicking on change to project.

Once the client has been converted to a project, you can view the newly converted project in the projects tab. Thank you for watching.
