What is Open Roles?
Also known as generic roles or generic resources allows you to build out work plans for a Role on a project in place of an individual member.
Where do I find Open Roles?
Click Organization Settings on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Click the Standards item on the Settings menu.
Click Roles.
Here you can add Roles that you need, these Roles can be assigned to Members as their positions or used as Open Roles.
