After adding members and open roles to the Work Categories, budgets can be assigned to them.
Use the buttons at the top right to switch between viewing the budget in hours or currency.
To set the budget for each member and role, click on the fields under the budget column. In the currency view, the budget can be set by entering a percentage or a specific currency amount, while in the hours view, it can be set by the number of hours. When one value is entered, the corresponding value will be automatically calculated.
A rate must be assigned to the member or role in order to set the budget. If no rate is set, the budget cell will display "$0" in red text, indicating that the rate needs to be defined first. For example, Alice Test in the image below.
