Control the types of project notifications you receive with our new project notification setting. This feature allows you to customize your notifications to match your preferences. You can choose to receive notifications for all activities related to the project, or you can narrow it down to just updates, tasks, or notes. Additionally, you have the flexibility to select any combination of these options, ensuring you stay informed about the aspects of the project that matter most to you while minimizing unnecessary notifications.
Customize notification Settings
Go to the project and click the bell icon.
Select the notification option(s).
All Project Activity: Receive notifications for all activities on this Project, including updates, tasks and notes
Updates: Receive notifications for all updates of this Project
Tasks:
All Tasks: Receive notifications for all Tasks of this Project
My Tasks: By default, notifications are enabled for Tasks created by or assigned to the you, and this setting cannot be disabled.
Notes: Receive notifications for all Notes of this Project.
You will receive notifications via email and Mosaic notification. Click the bell icon on the top right corner to go to the notification page.
