Member Capacities

Tailor members' workloads with flexible capacity settings, ensuring optimal balance and efficiency in your team.

A Member's Capacity will use the Organization's Default Capacity by default. A Member's Capacity can be customized on the Capacity page.

To update your Member's Capacity

  1. Click on the Member's current policy name in the Capacity Policy column.

  2. Click on the + Add New button.

  3. Select a new policy.

To create a custom Capacity Policy for a Member

  1. In the Capacity page, click on any of the Member's daily hours.

  1. Enter the Member's daily capacity. Click the Create button.
