The project comprises different phases with varying statuses. Some are "not started," requiring planning and resource allocation. Certain phases are "on hold," awaiting issue resolution. "Active" phases are progressing with dedicated teams. Meanwhile, completed phases mark significant milestones achieved, contributing to the project's success.
Special about the Completed status
If you mark a phase as complete, members will be unable to submit timesheets under this phase. However, if you have admin permission, you are still able to manage those timesheets.
How to change Phase and Subphase status?
On the project page, click the Phase button on the left
Click the status button to select the new status for the Phase
An alternative way is to set this on the Budget modal. Click on the button on top of the Phase name to change the status.
