What is a Work Plan?
A Work Plan is a strategy for assigning individuals to work on a project or phase over a specific period. It serves as a tool to manage the Project Time Budget and the workload or capacity of team members. By assigning Work Plans to members, they can gauge the amount of time to allocate to each project. This allocation of time is also mirrored in the Project Budget, ensuring a cohesive management of both time and resources.
Where do I find Work Plans on Mosaic?

Click the "Work plan" widget on the personal dashboard to view work plans that have been assigned to you for this week.

Planner
Work planners and above have access to the Planner space where they are able to view and assign work plans to members.
Workload
Work planners and higher-ups have the privilege of accessing the Workload space, where they can monitor the member workloads and delegate work plans to members.
