Project managers can be set in a project. The project manager can be any of the base members, work planners, budget managers or admins.
Project managers have access to certain permission settings that are tailored to their role. These are the settings:
When permissions have conflicts, whichever role grants the permission will be accepted.
For example, the budget manager is assigned to be the project manager of Project 1. According to the permission settings, the project manager is not allowed to archive projects, but the budget manager can.
In this case, the budget manager still can archive projects, even though project manager can't.
