A Project Manager can be assigned within a Project. This Role can be filled by a Base Member, Work Planner, Budget Manager, or Admin.

Project managers have access to certain permission settings that are tailored to their role. These are the settings:

When permission conflicts arise, the Role that grants the permission takes precedence.
For example: If a Budget Manager is assigned as the Project Manager for Project 1, and the Project Manager Role does not have permission to archive Projects while the Budget Manager Role does, the user will still be able to archive Project 1 due to the permissions granted by the Budget Manager Role.
