Administrator
Admins have permission to view and update the cost rate and bill rate for every member.
Cost rates and bill rates are managed in the Organization Settings > Members > Rates tab.
Admins have access to all Projects and can manage bill rates in the Project Budget modal.
Budget Manager
Budget Managers have permission to view and update the bill rate for every member within a project, not team wide.
Budget Managers can manage bill rates in the Project Budget modal.
Work Planner
Work Planners do not have permission to view cost rates or bill rates.
Portfolio Manager
Portfolio Managers do not have permission to view cost rates or bill rates.
Project Manager
Project Managers do not have permission to view cost rates or bill rates.
Base Member
Base Members do not have permission to view cost rates or bill rates.
