Overview
The left-hand column of the Planner Space is your project selector. It lists all projects available to you based on your permission level. You can search, filter, and organize projects to build your planning view. Each user's selection is personal — changing your view does not affect anyone else.
What You See
Project list — all projects in your account, organized by portfolio
Search bar — type a project name or number to find it quickly
Filter button — narrow projects by project manager, client, or other attributes
Starred portfolio — a personal shortcut folder at the top of the list
My Projects portfolio — projects where you have spent time or are a member
Import portfolio — projects synced from your ERP integration
