When importing or linking new data (Members, Client, Projects, Phases, and Timesheet Time) from financial software integration, you may notice an alert that data syncing is currently in process.
In rare cases, syncing new data can take Mosaic up to 24 hours to fully process the new data request. Once new data has been fully synced, the "Syncing" messaging will no longer be visible in yellow as seen above.
If you notice data is syncing for more than 24 hours this could be an indication of a larger integration issue. Please reach out to the Mosaic support team at support@mosaicapp.com or via our Live Chat so we can investigate further.
