It is a central place to review what is planned, what has already been worked, and where you may need to take action. As your team adds more plans and time data into Mosaic, these reports become even more useful for both day-to-day decisions and higher-level reviews.

Who has availability, and who is fully booked?
What work is planned across the team?
How much time has been spent on a project or phase?
Which projects are trending over or under budget?
How much work is left to do?
Where do we have upcoming demand by role?
How accurate are our plans compared to actual time?
Are timesheets complete?
What does utilization look like across the team?
The Reports space lets you review information by project, member, role, client, phase, and date range.
Across most reports, you can:
Filter to the projects, people, roles, or portfolios you want to review

Change your date range using quick-select options or custom dates

Switch between different views, such as project, member, client, or team

Toggle supporting data like holidays, time off, or blank rows

View data in hours or currency where supported

Expand rows to drill into phase- or member-level detail

Most reports are interactive, so you can adjust the view to match the question you are trying to answer.
