
Work Plans in Mosaic are automatically archived when specific changes occur related to Members, Phases, or the overall Project. Archiving helps maintain accurate historical data and prevents inactive or outdated assignments from cluttering active planning views.
Work Plans are archived under the following conditions:
A Member is removed from the Project in either the Planner or Budget.
A Member is removed from a Work Category.
A Member is archived entirely within the system.
A Member is removed from a Phase.
The Project is archived.
Each of these actions indicates that a Member is no longer actively contributing to a scope of work, and therefore, any associated Work Plans are archived accordingly.
