Work Plans

Work Plans are time blocks for the projects people are working on. Building out work plan. Work plans can be created on either the planner or workload space.

When work plans are built out for your team members. You can easily view staff members' workload and at a glance to see who’s overloaded, and who’s underutilized.

Tasks

Tasks allow you to assign and prioritize project tasks so everyone knows who's doing what, and what they need to do next.

Think of tasks as a to-do's list for your members that they can mark complete as they finish them.

You can place a date on a task however tasks do not effect a member's capacity.
