Tailor the planning experience with customizable features designed to improve clarity and efficiency. In the Personal Section, choose how Work Plan Hours are displayed—either as Total Hours or as a Percentage of Capacity—to match planning preferences. The Default Weekly Planning setting can also be enabled or disabled based on team workflow.
In the Organization Section, Admins can access the Organization settings page directly to edit Member Capacity and manage Holidays, ensuring accurate and streamlined resource planning.

Personal
Work Plan Hours Display: The number showing on the heat map. Options are Hours planned, Hours available and Percentage of Capacity
Default Weekly Planning: Use plan by weeks (Enable) or plan by days (Disable).
Organization
Edit Member Capacity takes you to organization setting page where you can edit each member's capacity if they only work on certain days of the week.
Edit Holidays takes you to organization setting page where you can add, edit or delete holidays.
