Go to Organization Settings.
Click the Members item in the left-hand side menu, then click the Rate tab.
Click the Set Rate button in the Bill Rate column for the Member you want to assign a Standard Bill Rate to.
Click the + Add New button.
You will see a list of the Standard Bill Rates. Select a Standard Bill Rate from the list.
A confirmation modal will be presented, providing the option to modify the Bill Rate of the Member either for all current Projects or solely for future Projects.
In the example screenshot, if you apply the Rate change to all Projects, any existing Project that this Member is in and that is using Member Rates will use the updated Rate effective April 5, 2023.
If the Bill Rate change is applied to all projects, a modal will appear, indicating that the update will take some time to complete. Click the Okay button.
You will see the updated Bill Rate starting today and without an end date. Click the Done button.
You will see the Bill Rate for the selected Member in the Member Rates table.
