What is a Subphase?
A portion of a phase that breaks up the different periods of time of a project A subphase is a smaller, distinct segment or portion of a larger project phase. Subphases are often called deliverable or sub tasks on your Work Breakdown Structure on your ERP.
Where can I find a Subphase in Mosaic?
A double diamond will display when viewing your phases in Mosaic if there is a Subphase nestled under it. Expand the carrot on the left to view or edit the Subphase:
