What is a Phase?
A distinct period of time or stage in the project lifecycle, to organize and manage progress from initiation to completion. Phases are often called Tasks on the Work Breakdown Structure on your ERP.
Where can I find a Phase in Mosaic?
Your project phases will display on the left side panel when you click into a project:
Select the blue diamond that says "6 phases" to expand and see phase details:
