A scope is a description of the work that needs to be done in order to complete a project. It includes a list of the project's goals, deliverables and features. The project scope also defines the boundaries of the project including what is and what is not included in the project. When viewing the project, click scope to view the scope. This might be hidden and if it is you can show it by clicking the three lines here.

On this page, you can see an overview of the scopes under each phase. Expand the scope and you can see the members in the scope and the estimated hours on each member. Clicking edit scope will open up a section where you can add, edit and delete scopes. From here you can enter each member's estimated hours worked on each scope, as well as what percent complete each person is.
