We've now added even more filters to the planner space to help you drill down to the specific group of projects that you're looking for. In the top left, we can go ahead and select on projects and I'll go ahead and just clear those selected projects I currently have. The newest filter to be released would be open roles. This allows you to view all projects that currently have a general role yet to be assigned to a member, in just a few clicks.

0:34 - 1:00

On the left hand side I can select the role or roles that I want to view; or I can go ahead and just select all here. Now that I have analysts and associate selected, I can see all of the projects that have that open role yet to be assigned to a member of my team. I'll go ahead and select a few projects here.

1:00 - 1:30

I'll go ahead and click done and now if I expand one of these projects here I can see down below that there is an open role of an analyst on this project and on Project D I also have an analyst down here. And lastly, on the proposal project, I have an associate. Another filter that is new is going to be your phase status.

1:30 - 1:59

Projects that have a certain phase status. We also have projects have a specific phase. So if I wanted to see just projects that have systematic design, on the right hand side all projects with the phase of schematic design would populate here. We also have project priority, project status, and region.

1:59 - 2:20

The nice thing is you also can add more than one filter at one time. So I wanted to see all projects that were active as well, I could do that here. Scrolling up I also could see projects that also are medium priority level. Now I just have one project new hospital.
