The planned time report will allow you to select projects and view all future plan time for those projects. First to select your projects, come into the project selector, you're here able to select entire portfolios of projects or you can expand a portfolio and choose the projects within. You can also use the search filter up top in order to select the projects you want to look at and you can drill down even further by these categories in our filter column.

0:33 - 1:01

For this case, I've selected a handful of projects. Once the projects are pulled in you'll notice you see all future plan time for those projects displayed in either dollars or in hours and you can toggle back and forth between the two. Your time frame you can choose one of the pre-selected time frames in this drop down window or you can always choose a custom time frame here.

1:01 - 1:32

Note for admins, only you have the ability to view the plan time using the cost rates for employees as opposed to the bill rates. Within each project expand the caret to get a drop down of each subsequent phase and the plan time within and if you keep expanding, you'll get plan time down to the individual employee level.

1:32 - 2:02

To exclude projects with no plan time, simply click the no plan time filter and those projects will be excluded from the report. This report is also viewable by team member. If I toggle to the team member tab, I'm able to select my employees either by hand picking a list or using the filter option here to drill down into a subset of team members.

2:02 - 2:38

Once I have my team member selected, again I can choose the time frame I want to look at and I'll be seeing all plan time for that individual team member over the desired time period. If I expand out that team member's name, I can see any and all projects where they have future plan time associated. Lastly, this report is exportable to either CSV or XLSX files.
