The profit report allows you to view a visual summary of your completed project's profitability. Please note the project status must be marked completed in order for your projects to display in the profit report. Within the profit report, you can select entire portfolios or specific projects to view. You can also filter what is displayed on the report by a phase or project breakdown, dollars versus percentages or choose to only show projects with the budget. When you expand a project, you're able to see a phase breakdown of the profitability. You can easily view the profit or loss by the color to the right; red equals a loss, while green equals a profit.
