Phase Fee is the estimated spent amount for this Phase. The visibility of the Fee, % of Fee, and Budget fields depends on the selected budgeting method:
Use Entered Budget: Displays Fee, % of Fee, and Budget fields for all contract types (Fixed & Hourly, Billable & Non-billable).
Total Spent + Planned Time / Total Member Time Budget: Displays only the Fee field for all contract types.
Subphase Budgets: Includes Fee for all contract types, ensuring accurate distribution across subphases.
The fee amount will show on the Budget Modal in gray text if it's different from the Budget amount
When the budget amount is 100% of the fee, only one amount will show.
