Schedule Variance report allows you to look at the project's initial workday estimates or the plan time versus the actual number of days worked. You can select the projects you would like to view under the report name. You can also decide if you would like to select all projects or hide projects. When one column is blank and there is no variance by clicking on the eye under the report name. On the right hand side of the project, you will see a green or a red percentage displaying the project's overall performance.

0:29 - 0:51

A green percentage equals an underestimate, where the actual days worked is below the planned amount; a red percentage equals an overestimate, where the actual days worked exceeds the planned amount. By clicking on the arrow to the left of a project, you could expand it and see the variance for each individual phase. You also have additional filters that you can select by clicking on the blue filter button at the top.
