In Workload Space, you can view the total capacity of selected members on the first row and individual capacity on each member's row.
If any member is overcapacity during the date range of the cell, a red asterisk will show on the top left corner. You can hover on the cell to see how many member is overcapacity.
Why total capacity is different from individual capacity?
The total capacity is calculated independently and excludes any hours beyond the planned capacity, which can lead to differences when compared with individual capacity figures.
For instance, in the case of Dane, who is scheduled to work 8 hours per day, the total capacity only accounts for these 8 planned hours, excluding any additional hours worked.
