Reset MFA method or phone number

This method only applies to Members who have access to the Mosaic application. If access is restricted due to MFA settings, please contact Customer Support to request a reset.

To update the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method or change the registered phone number, follow these steps:

1. Click the Edit button next to your name.

2. Click the Reassociate MFA button in the Edit Profile modal.

   

3. A confirmation modal opens. Click the Confirm button.

   

4. Log in again to establish a new MFA.
