Customizing the Planner Display Settings

To customize your Planner Space to your specifications, you’ll want to use the Display Settings button - found in the Planner Space Controls.

Your selections here will save for future access.

• Member Role: how or hide a member's role under their name in the left-side menu

• Bill Rate: Show or hide the member’s default bill rate under their name in the left-side menu. The displayed rate reflects any Rate Multiplier applied to the Project.

  

• Member Capacity: Show or hide a member's default capacity under their name in the left-side menu

• Work Plan Outside Phase Schedule: Show or hide a faded Phase/Subphase bars and Work Plans that are outside of the Phase Schedules

• Tentative Plans: Show or hide tentative Work Plans for members on a Project

• Archived Work Plans: Show or hide archived Work Plan for members on a Project

• Parent of Subphase: Show or hide the parent of the Subphase on a Work Plan bar.
