# How can I view a Phase Budget in Planner Space?

Learn how to view budget information for each phase within Planner Space

Depending on your Access level (i.e. Admin or Budget Manager); Phase schedules and their associated budget information become visible when hovering over the phase bar on Planner Space.

On the top of the phase bar, you can see colorful bars that gives you quick insight on the Budget of that Phase. These colors represent the following:

-   _Light green: Remaining (i.e. Budget minus Spent and minus Planned)_
    
-   _Green: Spent Amount_
    
-   _Yellow: Planned Amount_

Hover over a phase budget bar to see its financial details, including:

-   _Phase Name_
    
-   _Phase Status_
    
-   _Phase Dates_
    
-   _Phase Dates Completed Percentage_
    
-   _Phase Budget - Currency/ Hours_
    
-   _Spent Time - Currency/ Hours_
    
-   _Planned Time - Currency/ Hours_
    
-   _Remaining Budget - Currency/ Hours_

> **Warning:** If a phase is over budget, Mosaic will flag it in both the budget widget and on in the budget bar in Red.
