Heatmap and Work Plan Display: The number showing on the heat map. Options are Hours planned, Hours available and Percentage of Capacity
Work Plan Hour Locking: Default Lock on the Work Plan Hours.
Checkmark at 100% Capacity: Option to show a checkmark at 100% capacity or not.
Default Full Week Planning: Use plan by weeks (Enable) or plan by days (Disable).
Show Timesheet Time: Show Timesheets entered by members on the Capacity Heatmap or not.

Organization
Only Admins can make changes to Member's Capacity and Holidays.
Edit Member Capacity takes you to organization setting page where you can edit each member's capacity if they only work on certain days of the week.
