If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! It's easy to reset it. Follow these steps:
Go to Mosaic Log-in page. Enter your email and click Next.
Click Reset Password button under the password field
You will be taken to the reset password page. Enter your email again and click Request Reset Link.
You will see the following screen and receive a password reset email shortly.
Keep this page open until you confirm that you got the email. If not receiving the email, you can click resend to send another one.
Check your email inbox for the reset password link email. It should look like this:
Click the reset password button to open a page to set a new password. Enter your new password and click Update
Make sure the reset is successful. Now, you can go to log in page by clicking Go back to login page and log in with your new password.
