How to add custom Phases on Project Schedule Modal?

Custom phases and subphases allow you to tailor the project management process to the specific needs of your project

Standard Phases are consistent across the entire team. On the other hand, Custom Phases are tailored to individual Projects, allowing for flexibility and customization to meet the unique needs of each specific project.

  1. To create a custom phase for this project, Click +Add. Select Add Phase.

  2. Click "Add Custom Phase".

  3. Enter the custom Phase title, and Phase tracking setting. The parent of this custom phase can also be changed to a phase, making it a Subphase.

    Click Create when finished.

  4. The newly created custom Phase should show at the bottom.

    The same steps can be applied to add a custom Subphase to a phase by clicking the three-dot menu on the Phase instead.
