Click the Scopes tab on the Work Plan modal
Click Edit Scopes
Similar to Tasks, you can add a new Scope and associate it with the Work Plan or select the existing Scopes.
Click the blue arrow to go back once you finish selecting the Scopes to add.
The Scope will show on the Work Plan now. Click on the Scope to modify Scope information.
