This documentation only applies to Organizations using Mosaic Login. If your Organization uses a different login method, consult the appropriate documentation.

Configuring Mosaic Login

Mosaic Login is the default authentication method. The authentication method may be configured in the Security section of Organization Settings.

Mosaic Login supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Using Mosaic Login

1. Go to https://login.mosaicapp.com/login

2. Enter your email. This should be the same email on your Mosaic account.

   Click Next

   

3. Enter your password.

   If you want to show your password, click the eye icon. If you forget your password and want to reset it, click Reset Password.

   Click Login, once you entered your password.

   

4. You will be on the home page, once you successfully log in.

   

5. If your Organization has Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, follow the instructions for MFA.
