You can import (if it's not on Mosaic yet) or link your data (link the existing Mosaic data to the integration data) from your integration to Mosaic on Organization settings > Integration page.
These data types differ depending on what integration you are using, including:
Projects, Phases, Work Categories
Time entries
Events
Work Plans
Tasks
Members
